Emergency Locksmith in London

Emergency call-out is what we do all day and all night. When you ring, you speak to an engineer, not a call centre script — we ask what the door is, what happened, and what lock you have, then we tell you exactly what we will do and give you an arrival window before anyone gets in a van.

Most London jobs are reached within 30 minutes. Our engineers carry stock for the locks that actually fail in London homes and offices: euro cylinders, uPVC multipoint gearboxes, mortice deadlocks, rim nightlatches and commercial handles.

What happens when you call

You get a straight answer in under a minute: how long we will be, what the engineer will do when they arrive, and whether we are the right trade for the job at all. If you actually need a glazier or a joiner, we will tell you that on the phone rather than turning up for a wasted visit.

Non-destructive entry first

Around nine out of ten lockouts are opened without damaging the lock, using picking, bypass and decoding tools. Drilling is a last resort, we tell you before we do it, and we explain what replacing the cylinder involves. If your lock is drilled, the replacement we fit will be equal or better than what was there.

Nothing happens without your say-so

The work agreed on the phone is the work we carry out. If the engineer arrives and finds something different — a second lock, a failed gearbox behind a jammed handle — they stop, explain it, and get your agreement before continuing. Nothing is done to your door that you have not approved.

FAQs

Emergency Locksmith — your questions

How quickly can an emergency locksmith reach me?

We aim to be with you within 30 minutes across our London coverage. When you call we check where the nearest engineer is and give you a real arrival window, not a guess. Traffic, time of day and your exact location all affect it, and we will tell you honestly if it is going to take longer.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Christmas Day and bank holidays. Nights and weekends are our busiest hours. The phone is answered by an engineer or dispatcher, never an answerphone.

What if you cannot open the door?

It is rare, but it happens — usually when a door has been damaged structurally and needs a joiner or glazier first. If we cannot resolve the problem we will tell you what will, and point you at the right trade.

Locked out? We are already on the road.
